Episode 87: Leading as a Whole Human

We often think that our various roles — woman, leader, wife, mom, CEO — require different things from us. Different skill sets, lenses, and emotions.

Sometimes they do require different things, but sometimes . . . we think one version of us is supportive, kind, and generous, and another has to be cutthroat, cold, or clinical.

This can be subtle, but it can cause a sense of disintegration.

On today’s podcast, we’re going to talk about leading as a whole human — with all the parts of who we are, and without intense compartmentalization. So we can lead as an integrated human, not just one version of ourselves.

Thanks for listening.
